Principal's Desk

“It is not what is poured into the students, but what is planted, that counts.”- E. P. Bertin

It is both an honour and a privilege to serve as the Principal of this incredible institution, where each day presents new opportunities to inspire, educate and uplift our students. We at HBCS believe in an inclusive education system where the children of different culture, socio-
economic background, belief or physical ability are given equal chances to reach their maximum potential for learning and succeeding. We believe that education is the most powerful tool we can use to change the world. No matter the challenges we face, our commitment to providing every student with a quality education remains unwavering. We understand that many of our students and their families face hardships, but these do not define us. Instead, they fuel our determination to rise above and to create a brighter future for ourselves and our community.
The school aims at building a cohesive and inclusive society rather than just to form an elite group. Of course, it is equally essential to let them understand the importance of securing good grades in order to fit in the competition these days. This institution is not just a place of learning but a sanctuary where dreams are nurtured and potentials are realized. We are dedicated to ensuring that every student, regardless of their background, has access to the resources and support they need to succeed. Whether it’s through our dedicated teaching staff, our community partnerships, or our focus on holistic development, we are here to empower our students to achieve their highest potential. Children are in a very vulnerable stage both emotionally and physically. So we handle them accordingly. It is crucial to listen to them too, not just talk or deliver speech. Here at HBCS, we strive to understand their needs and prioritize maintaining an open and communicative relationship, ensuring they can approach us with ease whenever assistance is required. We also motivate and encourage each one of them as at times the brilliant students might fluctuate in their path and the average and poor ones might not keep up with the pace. So we make it a point to maintain balance among them throughout the session. Most of all, we try to be their friend, guide, counsellor and facilitator more than a mere knowledge provider. Ultimately, they will remember how we
made them feel, rather than the words we spoke.
